We believe that CrossFit is one of the most powerful tools to improve health and fitness. Many of our group classes will be CrossFit classes.

It doesn’t matter what level of health and fitness you come in with, our coaches and staff will give you the knowledge and information you need to be successful. This is also a great way to meet and socialize with others.

We are excited to introduce the workout programming for Brazen CrossFit. After years of dropping in at other gyms and experiencing a variety of workouts and programs, we found one that stood out above the rest: Level Method. We wanted workouts that are challenging but also adaptable to average people like us. Level Method accomplishes that and so much more. In this system, the workout everyday will be tailored to your specific abilities and goals. 

Our members will be given assessments in order to address weaknesses and strengths. From there, athletes can progress their movement and athleticism quicker, safer, and more effectively. Level Method programming will give a unique experience that is tailored to each individual member. 

No matter who walks into Brazen CrossFit, they can expect to find a good workout, a friendly community, a fun experience, and a compelling desire to come back for more!
