TAB50 INc
TAB50 was founded by sisters Tyller and Alexis Bauer. Both participated in CrossFit and the Girls Weightlifting team for their High School. Tyller and Alexis went on to win multiple conference, district and regional championships through the years and Tyller was the 2021 Florida State Champion.
These experiences left an indelible impression on both and provided important life skills that translated to Health & Fitness and their college experience. One of the factors that attributed to their success, was the ability to train at a gym with professional coaches. During their time competing and interacting with many athletes, they realized that not every High School or College student has access to professional coaching, due to distance or affordability.
At this moment, is when TAB50 was born. Their vision was to establish a foundation that would help as many student athletes as possible, have access to the trainers and facilities for ½ the cost. So TAB50 would pick up 50% of the tab, to help them excel in their chosen sports or just maintain a healthier lifestyle and not let the monthly fee associated with a facility, hinder any student. Tyller and Alexis’s hope, is to bring this vision to life with the opening of Fruit Cove Recreation Club in Saint Johns County, FL.
This money raised will be used to fund a 501(c)(3) foundation (TAB50 Inc.). The foundation will assist in purchasing fitness equipment and to help subsidize 50% of the monthly membership fees for high school and college students at FCRC. We have also expanded this to students wanting to improve their skills in Pickleball and to receive professional training and development. Students will submit applications to the Board of Directors of the FCRC for approval.
Our current rates for TAB50 students are $75 for CrossFit and $60 for Pickleball.
