Victoria Bauer

Facility and Community Outreach Director

Victoria was born in Demopolis, Alabama, and a proud mother of two wonderful daughters, Alexis and Tyller. Married to husband, Jim Bauer, their journey together has taken them across Alabama, North Carolina, Florida, Utah, Georgia, and even Canada. Victoria has 13 years of experience as a project manager with Wal-Mart stores and has worked 15+ years in property management and real estate. 

Victoria’s passion for restoring and rebuilding antique boats landed her many awards and she was featured in the Antique Boat Magazine as one of only a few females restoring antique boats in the country.   She has helped bring many of these beautiful vessels back to life over the years, including her pride and joy, “Sweet Caroline” that resides on Cunningham Creek in Fruit Cove.
