Shane is a Level 1 CrossFit coach. From a young age he was a competitive wrestler and competed in weightlifting competitions in high school as well. He is also an 8 year Navy veteran and command fitness leader. Shane started doing CrossFit 15 years ago. He enjoys to stay fit by doing CrossFit, rock climbing, jui jitsu and Muay Thai. His main passion is helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
