Jen is a licensed Physical Therapist, Level 2 CrossFit Trainer and 8 times CrossFit Games athlete, landing a 3rd place finish. She is also a World Class Olympic Weightlifter with 2 World Championship titles, 4 World Records, 3 Pan American Records and 4 National Records!! Jen has been a licensed physical therapist since 1999. She has achieved success in the treatment of Cervical and Lumbar Spine, surgical and non-surgical orthopedic injuries, Sports Medicine, Back Pain during Pregnancy and Women’s Health patients with her manual therapy skills and functional treatment philosophies. She has worked with athletes including high level professional, CrossFit athletes, runners, high school athletes, the “Roar” Cheerleaders, professional dancers and ran a Strength and Conditioning Program for adolescents. She also developed and hosted a continuing education course for exercise during pregnancy, Overhead athletes with shoulder pain, postpartum exercise, and foot dynamics. She teaches continuing education courses across the country in the areas of movement dysfunction, kinesiology taping, IASTM, cupping, mobilization, and floss bands.

Jen will be on the Property most Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be practicing out of the Florida Room, in the Fitness Center (Dieter Dynamics). If you have been experiencing any pain, tightness, or mobility issues, she is amazing at getting you fixed back up. This goes for you pickleballers, also!

She will also be leading several CrossFit classes each week and working out with us from time to time and hosting specialized clinics to help with different movements and skills. If you see Jen or her family, say hi and welcome them to FCRC!
