Brian Sinquefield

Personal Trainer

Brian has been a personal trainer and coach for the past seven years, specializing in both group and one-on-one training. He is also certified through NASM as a personal trainer and hold additional certifications in MMA Conditioning and Spartan DEKA coaching.  His journey into fitness began with his own transformation—losing over 100 pounds through discipline, consistent training, and sustainable lifestyle changes. That experience taught him the power of commitment and the importance of balance.  Thus, living and coaching by the 80/20 philosophy: prioritize healthy habits, but make room for life. It all starts in the kitchen.

Brian is passionate about competition and enjoys everything from 5Ks to hybrid races. When he’s not coaching, you’ll find him cheering on Braves baseball and Auburn football, boating, or spending time with his wife and two dogs.
